Costs:

At our first point of contact we will tell you how much the transaction is likely to cost and in most cases we will be able to provide a fixed fee estimate. (Providing the matter proceeds on a straight forward basis) We will also inform you at this stage, based on the information we have, the likely cost of disbursements such as Stamp Duty, Search Fees and Land Registry Fees. In addition we will be able to provide you with vital advice with regards to the VAT implications of the transaction.

Timescale:

We believe in keeping clients regularly informed and updated and will always do our very best to comply with all deadlines and meet your expectations. You can be assured, however, we will not give unrealistic timescales and will advise you at the outset if we feel your expectations are not achievable.
