Sue Lever, conveyancing executive at mosshaselhurst, has just completed 40 years service with the firm and reflects on her experience:

“You know, I was first interviewed by Mr Foster a few months before being appointed. Mr Foster didn’t offer me the job of junior in the accounts department as he felt that I would not stay!”

As the winter chill seems to have abated for the time being at least, we are warned by the met office of widespread frosts with much black ice to contend with.

The risk of accidents both on pavements for Christmas shoppers and on the road for motorists has never been as high.

As of April 6th 2010, new fathers were granted the chance to extend their paternity leave and be able to take six months off work. So, how does this work? Does it work? Do you need to worry about it?
