We recognise the need to adopt robust representation with a constructive and conciliatory approach to resolving family problems arising from relationship breakdown.

We are able to deal with difficult and complex problems in a sensitive, constructive and cost effective way ensuring that our advice is focused on client's individual needs. Wherever possible we aim to achieve settlement of cases through negotiation before taking the matter to Court
Mark Lever is a member of Resolution and the Law Society’s Family Law Panel. He is also a trained Collaborative family law practitioner. The Collaborative family law process is an alternative way of dealing with family disputes and the divorce process and can apply to both Family Finances and disputes concerning Children
We have a contract from the Legal Services Commission which enables us to carry out work on a public funding basis (Legal Aid). We will assess whether you are eligible for public funding at your first meeting.
